JACOBS,
JACOBS & ASSOCIATES, INC. has been providing professional Homeowners, cooperative and
homeowner association management services since 1992. We were
designated by the Community Association Institute (CAI) as
an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) in
May of 1999. That distinction has only been awarded to five
management firms in the state of Florida and to less than
200 firms in the United States.
Our
managers are professionals and all have been designated by
the National Board of Certification for Community Association
Managers (NBC-CAM) as "Certified Managers of Community
Associations" (CMCA®). Mary W. Jacobs has attained
the Association Manager Specialist (AMS®) designation
from Community Association Institute (CAI) and Philip H. Jacobs
has been recognized with the highest designation in the association
management industry as a Professional Community Association
Manager (PCAM®). Phil has been designated as one of the
thirty faculty members for the Community Association Institute
teaching advanced management techniques throughout the United
States. Phil is also serving a term until 2005 on the Manager's
Ethics Board for CAI. In addition, Phil is teaching continuing
education to Florida licensed community association managers
for Gray Systems and was recently certified by Florida's Department
of Business and Professional Regulations to facilitate seminars
for the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile
Homes targeting Condominium and Co-operative homeowners in
Florida. |
