Robert J. Spence, Sea Winds Community
Association Manager and Project Administrator, Maintenance
Administrator and Project's Administrator St. Augustine
Beach and Tennis Club where he supervised a $ 3.2 million
renovation project.Retired Florida Corporate Trial Attorney
and held a Florida Bar specialty in real Estate Law ,Corporate
Trial Law and Probate Law.. Former President of the NE Florida
Regional Planning counsel, Former President Alachua County
League of cities, former Mayor or a Florida municpality.
He has been a Florida resident for many years and calls
St. Augustine his home. He is a veteran of the Vietnam war
and served honorably in the U.S. Navy.
Personal
Mission Statement
I
have a beautiful and forested track of land with a wetland
swamp running down the middle. It is a natural corridor for
animals moving in and out of the area. I call my sanctuary
"Starlet’s Shadow". I have bird feeding stations,
owl boxes, wood duck boxes and a spiral steel observation
point high in a Bay Tree for the flooded swamp. When I take
my cup of coffee and hide in the shadows in the evening after
work, heaven is not in the afterlife, it is here and now.
The only other passion in my life, other than my wife, is
my responsibility to Jacobs and Jacobs. On my office door
are the words, Community Association Manager and Projects
Administrator, to "Protect, Enhance and Improve
your Investment". That is my sole purpose in
being at Sea Winds, it is my absolute promise to all owners. |
